Thursday 16^th May - 17.30: BirdWatch Movie "night" at the BirdWatch Office, Chindo Road.
Sadly this will be the last in the BBC series of bird migrations around the world. It is focused on East Asia and Australia.

Sunday 26^th May: Birdwalk at Sable farm in Chisamba. Meet at the BirdWatch office at 8 am.

Sunday 23^rd June: Birdwalk at Shambololo Lodge in Chilanga. Meet at the BirdWatch office at 8 am.

Birdweekend 29^th June to 2^nd July 2013:  This is a pre-arranged BirdWatch trip to see the Shoebill at Bangweulu. It is fully booked so we hope that everyone going has a wonderful time and we are looking forward to the report.

Birdweekend 12^th July to 14^th July 2013:  This will be at Masuku Lodge in Choma.
This is one of the best birding spots in Zambia where we will be able to see our Barbet as well as a good variety of waterbirds and woodland birds. Rory McDougall will lead.
The lodge has given BirdWatch members a discounted price of K300,000 Full board per night. It takes 4 hours to get there so we will arrive on Friday evening and leave on Sunday. Sunday 21^st July: Birdwalk/Bird Count: This will be at Huntley Farm in Chisamba. These dams are always great for waterbirds and we are lucky to be able to access them. Meet at the BirdWatch office at 8 am or at the farm gate at 9.
